There are two ways of installations for steel grating,One way is by welding and the other is by installation for fastener.
Welded fixing is suitable for those places where there is no need to move or dismantling, such as the platforms around the equipment. And adopting the clip fixing will be much easier to install and uninstall without destroying the zinc coating.
Regarding welding fixing, angel welding would be used at first bearing bar of every corner, which the welding length is no less than 20mm, &the height is no less than 3mm.
Saddle clips are suitable for all kinds of steel gratings, composed of a top saddle, a bottom saddle & a M8 bolt.
Regarding using clip, four sets of clips would be used at least in one pc grating. It would be better to use more in the staddle for those gratings with bigger span.
According to the client’s requirements, we can supply galvanized mild steel clips and stainless steel clips.
